TUI, a large travel company, came to Tag to get support on excess production on social media, print and other collateral. Challenges in tag’s delivery meant the account was flagging, with a frustrated client. Their frustration left us pitching for ongoing social campaigns.

To turn things around, TUI required clear, travel-experienced creative thinking and oversight to provide engaging social-First content.
How I Shifted the Needle
My in-depth travel and social experience lead to a 180 shift in the overflow account. My creative development and oversight with offshore teams ensured quality across a breadth of creative outputs. In addition, my ideas for social-first mid-funnel content won the pitch and grew the account for the team to include shoots and ad campaigns.
